A Bagpiper by Quentin Matsys. This classic artwork from the public domain was created by Flemish painter Quentin Matsys, who was known mainly for his portrait work in satirical and religious themes, was a founding member of the prestigious Antwerp School of Painting. This reproduction image of the original oil on paper on panel painting, currently on display at The Yale University Art Gallery, New Haven, Connecticut, has been remastered and color corrected.

I'm a travel photographer and photo artist. My images have been shot here, there and everywhere, mainly in the historic cities of Europe and with the occasional one taken in my own surroundings...
